Annie’s Rollin into the holidays with Swiss Cake Rolls 101
Swiss cake rolls are commonly called “ho ho’s” They have a chocolatey exterior and creamy filling and are coated in chocolate. YUM! I will teach you how to make your own in my hands on baking class. Join me and the best students EVER You will learn how to make swiss cake rolls for anytime of year. You will have a variety of toppings/fillings to make your sweets unqiue. You will each make your own flavors and take home what you make at the end of class. I will provide Aprons to wear in class and return at the end of class (feel free to bring your own favorite apron), I will also provide all materials, snacks and bottled water. Feel free to BYOB! Class takes place in a shared commercial kitchen at the historic Hildebrandt builidng located at 3619 Walton Avenue in Cleveand (near Ohio city). The builidng is over 100 years old, I highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing (layers are suggested) and nonslip close toed shoes. CLASS TAKES PLACE IN A KITCHEN WITH SHARED EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS AND CANNOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING IS NUT-FREE, GLUTEN FREE OR DAIRY FREE.
