About 9 miles, roughly 15 minutes by car via Lakeshore Blvd and I-90. By bus, GCRTA Route 39 Lakeshore stops at E. 140th St. and Lakeshore Blvd, next to the building, and runs to Public Square in downtown Cleveland.

The security deposit equals one month’s rent (currently $999 for a 1 bedroom and $1,199 for a 2 bedroom). The application fee is $50 per applicant, and there is a one-time, non-refundable $150 lease origination fee.
