Monthly Fee: By requesting the SMART Package, I understand and agree that there will be a recurring monthly fee of the package selected. This fee will continue to be charged until the end of my lease term.
Billing: The monthly fee for the SMART Package will be added to my tenant ledger in Appfolio and is due for payment every month alongside any other charges.
Equipment Condition: Upon the conclusion of my lease term, I am responsible for ensuring that all equipment associated with the SMART Package is returned in excellent condition. If the equipment is found to be damaged or in a condition deemed unsatisfactory, I may be subjected to additional charges.
Internet Service: The SMART Package does not include internet service. If required, internet service is an additional amenity I can request directly from Smartland.
